PROJECTS:

Stormwater Rate Study

PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS:

In 2005, we assisted the City in designing new customer rates to provide funding for the City’s stormwater management program. Work involved developing various approaches to allocating the City’s stormwater management costs among the residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural sectors. We developed a spreadsheet model that emulated the various impacts on each of the City’s 30,000 utility ratepayers.
